What is the challenge?
A structured 12 week challenge running from the 8th of January to the 8th of April designed to guarantee results. The support from the coaches and our amazing community will help you progress much further than you could achieve on your own.
Whats included?
Full 24/7 gym access and unlimited group classes including Spin,Yoga,Strong and Sweat, nutritional support and online workout programming all in one balanced package. You won't find anything like this and it will give you the tools and environment to smash your new year goals.
How does it work?
Week 1 will include a coach consultation with goal setting, nutritional guidance with recipe ebooks and a progressive online workout program to follow for the duration of the challenge. We will be focussing on the TWG 4 Pillars of Health:
Exercise
Nutrition
Sleep
Lifestyle
During the process there will be Q&A sessions, class challenges, coach check-ins, a Facebook community group, training meet-ups and more.
Week 12 will include prize giving and a get-together with a debrief and guidance on how to sustain the amazing results for continued progress!
How much is it?
£100 per month for 3 months with prizes. Existing members will be able to purchase a ‘bolt-on’ to their current membership.
